In the early 2000s I became a Reiki Practitioner and ultimately a Reiki Master. Although I enjoyed hands-on Reiki sessions with clients, I learned that I had a talent for Distance Healing.

That ability led me to learn the modality of Esoteric Healing beginning in 2007 and becoming a practitioner in 2018.

My training involved four levels of coursework, each level taking four 10-hour-days to complete and a requirement of at least six months of practice. Each level involved extensive knowledge of anatomy and which energy centers govern what bodily functions energetically.

I began my love affair with energy work in the late 1970’s when I realized I could feel energy move through and around my physical body, in most every activity I engaged in…whether I was riding my bike to work at the Denver Folklore Center School of Music, caring for my young son, cooking dinner, or tending to the backyard vegetable garden.  

I began investigating this energetic phenomenon and was led to a meditation practice based in Kriya Yoga. I still continue that practice today.

Along with my daily meditation, I am also a teacher of meditation and Reiki, as well as a Practitioner of Esoteric Healing.

I work remotely conducting distance sessions. Because energy follows thought, I am able to work on clients in all time zones in the comfort of their own home.

In addition to balancing your energetic centers, my expertise is in clearing, cleaning, and balancing your chakras or energy centers so your entire system functions in a more balanced energetic state.

My goal for you is for you to feel better and eliminate the dis-ease you may be feeling so you can accomplish all it is that you want to do with confidence and without fear.
